Equine Challenge ™ Supplements Return Policy

At Equine Challenge™ we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products.  We ask you, our valued customers, to make sure you are ordering the correct products for your horses.  Therefore, if you are in an area that might qualify for one of our Regional Blends, please do your research to find out where your hay is grown, do not place your order  based solely on where you live.

If you feed both grass and alfalfa forage to your horses, find out what the higher percentage is between the two. 

If your horse is being fed 8 lbs. of alfalfa or more per day, order Equine Challenge™  Vitamins & Minerals for alfalfa fed horses.  Horses fed less than 8 lbs. of alfalfa per day will need Equine Challenge™ Vitamins & Minerals for grass/oat fed horses.

If your horse is being fed a hay mix and the blend is 50% alfalfa or more, feed Equine Challenge™ Vitamins & Minerals for alfalfa fed horses.  If the hay mix is more than 50% grass, feed Equine Challenge™ Vitamins & Minerals for grass fed horses.

Returns:

Equine Challenge™  Supplements are manufactured upon your ordering, please review your order for accuracy before submitting.  Refunds will be made for shipping errors made by Equine Challenge™.  All returns must be authorized by Equine Challenge™ in order to receive a refund and so that we can let you know where to return product to.  No refunds will be issued without an authorization number.  Shipping charges on return orders due to error on customers part will be the responsibility of the customer.
